In the context of this project long-term unemployed persons can complete training as the "specialist for selling", who is certified of the IHK. Existing professional training, professional experience or qualified industry knowledge of the AdQ graduates represent good conditions for a reintegration together with selling know-how into the first job market. For the 12-monthly training period, ever to the half instruction and operating practical course, refer the participants them being entitled achievements of the federal agency for work. Owing to the support of the project by the Weserbergland AG, the local work agency and the district Hameln the project is settled in Hameln. The training programm is practice-oriented and addresses themselves stringent to the requirements marketing personnel qualified by enterprises with need at out. |
